At MP Septic LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and unused

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at alex@millerplanteseptic.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned after 30 days

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.
